As a physiotherapist, she worked in clinical settings across Pakistan and the UAE — treating elderly patients facing mobility challenges, chronic pain, stroke recovery, and the slow losses that come with age.

Again and again, she noticed something.

The patients who recovered best were not always the ones receiving the most treatment. They were the ones who had someone looking after them. Checking in. Making sure they never missed a session. Someone who genuinely cared.

When our family moved to Germany, that lesson became deeply personal. Our parents stayed in Pakistan.

And like millions of overseas Pakistanis, we suddenly understood — firsthand — the constant quiet worry that comes with being thousands of kilometres away.

RehabNow was built to answer those questions.

We started by bringing professional physiotherapy directly into patients' homes. But our vision has always been larger: to build Pakistan's most trusted home healthcare platform — one where families can arrange care, receive real updates, track progress, and know their loved ones are being looked after by qualified professionals.

Because no son or daughter should feel helpless simply because they live far away. And no parent should struggle to access the care they deserve.
